Executive Board 2025-2026

Elysha oversees operations, administrative responsibilities, e-board, and all members of Rutgers Enactus. Elysha is excited to see all of the great bonds members build and all of the great strides projects make this year. Outside of Rutgers Enactus, Elysha is a RA, a RTC alum, and a dedicated RBS student.

Shreya Patel drives collaboration and leads project development as Director of Projects, guiding multiple teams at Rutgers Enactus to turn bold ideas into meaningful action. With a passion for sustainable impact and strategic leadership, she helps projects grow from concept to community change. Beyond Enactus, she is involved with the Road to Supply Chain Leadership Program.

Akshaya Nagella oversees a team of finance consultants in organizing fundraisers or conducting grant research for their project and the organization as a whole. Outside of Enactus, Akshaya is involved in Rutgers Women in Business and Douglass.

Andrew Scanlon trains new members and coordinates social events for Rutgers Enactus. Otherwise, Andrew likes to watch TV, movies, and football, listen to music, and write.

Spreha oversees and helps develop Enactus' projects of the future by consulting with existing initiatives and leading the R&D Committee in creating new project ideas from scratch. Outside of Enactus, Spreha is Secretary of Nepali Student Association.

Zia Ostawal is the Vice President and helps guide innovative projects, foster community partnerships, and empower students for Enactus Rutgers. Outside of Enactus, Zia is part of the Fashion Organization of Retail & Marketing, the Road to Wall Street Program, and likes to go thrifting.

Matt Mac Pherson is the Secretary at Rutgers Enactus, where he manages internal communications, records attendance, and ensures smooth coordination and engagement! Matt is currently pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant and enjoys playing music, skating and reading in his free time.

Areeb organizes a team of marketing consultants in planning and executing marketing efforts for individual projects/initiatives and for Rutgers Enactus as a whole. Outside of Rutgers Enactus, Areeb loves to write, go to raves, and do anything that lets his creativity flourish.

Léo Moreno , as the incoming Director of Competition, supports our teams in crafting compelling, impact-driven pitches for social entrepreneurship competitions across the U.S. He is passionate about using finance as a tool for sustainability, equity, and systems-level change. Through Enactus, Léo combines creative storytelling with strategic thinking to help projects communicate both their mission and measurable outcomes.
